Craft and Gift Fair

St. Mary of the Angels will be hosting a Craft and Gift Fair on Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. This event will be held in St. Thomas More School located at 1265 Cass St. and will include crafters, home-based business owners, a bake sale, concessions and a bucket raffle.  All events will take place on the main level and the cost of admission will be $2.00 or a canned good for the food drive.

The Craft and Gift Fair committee is looking for people who are interested in participating in this event.  The following contains basic information regarding this event.  If you have any questions or are interested in obtaining a registration form please contact Holly Webster at (920) 469-7914 or email her at webster3sha@yahoo.com. Registration forms can also be obtained at the parish office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.  Forms can be emailed to you upon request.

Location:    St. Thomas More School, 1265 Cass St., Green Bay, WI.  The school is directly across the street from St. Mary of the Angels parish.  Plenty of signage will make it easy for you (and customers) to find the location.

Booth:  Your area will be approximately 10' X 10' with one 6-foot table included and chairs available as needed.  Additional tables are $10.00 each.  Electricity is available  Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you will need access.

Fee:  Early bird registration is $50.00 until August 1, 2010. After August 1st the fee is $60.00

Set Up:  Friday, September 17th, 5-7 p.m. and/or Saturday, September 18th, 7-8:45 a.m.  Everyone should be ready to go by 8:45 a.m.  There will be volunteers available to help with carry in and set up as needed.

Clean Up:  September 18th, 3-5 p.m.  Please leave your area as clean as it was when you arrived.

Bucket Raffle:  A bucket raffle will be held during the event.  If you wish to promote your business in this way, please donate a basket, gift certificate or product(s) item(s) to be included in the raffle.

Concessions:  Lunch items as well as snacks and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event and there will also be a bake sale.
